Hospitality Manager - London - £45-55k
I am currently recruiting for a Hospitality Managerwithin a stunning B&I contract in London. If you’re looking for a role within a contract that hosts a wide range of events from Directors Dining and working lunches to elaborate drinks & canape receptions, then this is the role for you.
As Hospitality Manageryou will be fully responsible for this £2m piece operation, providing services to over 70 rooms/ spaces. You will lead and inspire a dedicated team of 30 full time staff plus multiple casual staff to deliver the very best in service standards. I am looking for a Manager that doesn’t settle for 2nd best and thrives for perfection at all times.
The ideal Hospitality Managerwill have the following skills/ experience;
· Have worked within an Event Managerial role for a minimum of 5 years, with extensive operational experience
· Worked within a 5* hotel combined with high end contract catering sites
· Drives the business forward, taking a strategic approach, whilst not losing touch of the operations
· Flexible approach to running events and the ability to meet the clients demands to tight time frames
