​Hospitality Head Chef - Contract Catering - £55k

I am currently looking for a Hospitality Head Chef for a Contract Catering site in the City.

My client is one of the London’s leading Caterers and are recruiting for a stunning corporate site in the City. As the Hospitality Head Chef, you will be responsible for a dedicated brigade, ensuring training, development and management of the team.

You will be financially responsible and able to manage budget and costs. You will cover a wide range of services, including Executive Fine Dining, Working Lunches, Canape Receptions and larger Events.

The ideal Hospitality Head Chef will have the following skills/ knowledge

·        Currently at Head level

·        Have a proven background within Premium Contract Catering or Fine Dining Restaurants

·        Extensive experience across both Fine Dining and Events

·        Used to working with fresh, nutritious ingredients and up to date knowledge of the latest restaurant trends
