My client is a leading contract caterer and they are currently recruiting for a Hospitality Chef for one of their flagship sites in Caterham, Surrey.

​

For this Hospitality Chef role, you will need to have:

​

• A background catering for events ideally within contract catering

• Experience managing a BOH team

• The ability to work in a fast paced environment

• Strong understanding of food, allergens and health & safety

• A passion for working with fresh, seasonal produce

​
