As Head of Retail, you will assist with the smooth running of this busy counter service operation. You will lead and inspire a team of 15 in this multi-faceted venue, consisting of multiple retail counters, deli and coffee bars.

The ideal Head of Retail will also have the following experience/ skills;

·        Working within a management role for a minimum of 3 years

·        Come from a high volume, fast paced environment

·        Strong High street experience

·        Experience working with ordering app based platforms

·        Commercially savvy with a proven track record of increasing revenue
