​Head of Restaurants- London - 70k plus bonus

I am currently recruiting a Head of Restaurants for one of London’s leading hospitality groups.

As Head of Restaurants, you will be fully responsible for multiple restaurants, ranging from Premium Casual Dining to the more intimate Fine Dining.

Each restaurant comes with it’s own style and demand, no concept is the same. You will work closely with each General Manager, supporting and guiding them in every aspect of the business – F&B offering, sales, marketing, finances, operating procedures.

The ideal Head of Restaurants will have the following skills/experience:

· Worked as a Senior General Manager within the premium London restaurant scene

· A mix of high volume and fine dining restaurant experience

· P&L responsibility

· Held a Senior General Manager or Operations Manager role

Applicants for this Head of Restaurants role must be currently in at least a Senior General Manager level role within the premium London restaurant scene.
