​Head of Operations - Corporate Reception - London - £60k

Are you an experienced Operations Manager or Head of Operations from a premium Corporate Reception business looking for a new role? I am currently recruiting a Head of Operations to oversee the smooth running of the guest services within some of London’s most stunning offices, which have the feel of a 5* Hotel. This will include the Visitor Reception, Business Lounge, Communal Working Spaces and meeting rooms system management.

As the Head of Operations you will be responsible for all Guest Services across 8 different contracts, working with the Guest Services Manager of each location to deliver the very best levels of customer service. You won’t settle for 2nd best and always be coming up with new and innovative ideas to improve the customer journey.

The ideal Head of Operations will have the following skills/ experience;

·        Currently working in a 5* Hotel or High-end corporate reception

·        Managed teams across multiple locations

·        Multisite experience

·        Strong multi-stakeholder management
