I am recruiting for an absolutely stunning contract in Central London, with an annual turnover in the region of £5m which incorporates a real mix of hospitality, table service restaurant and retail catering for over 3000 people every day.

As the Head of Catering you will lead and inspire a team of 50+ to deliver the very best standards as well as looking at the business strategy, working with the team to drive the business forward.

The ideal Head of Catering will have the following skills/ knowledge;

·        Experience in both events/ hospitality and counter service restaurants

·        A Contract Catering background

·        An earlier background within Casual Dining

·        Worked at Account Manager level or General Manager level of a large operation

·        A passion for delivering 5* service standards, with the quality of food to match
