Head Chef - Central London - 35k

My client is a leading contract caterer and they are currently recruiting for a Head Chef for one of their flagship independent school contracts in Central London.

​

For this Head Chef role, you will need to have:

​

  • A background in contract catering at a Head Chef level

  • Experience managing a BOH team

  • Strong understanding of food, allergens and health & safety

  • Financial understanding in terms of costs, P&L and budgeting

  • A passion for working with fresh, seasonal produce

​

All candidates applying for this Head Chef role must have been in a similar position within the last year and be from a contract catering background.
