4 DAYS PER WEEK (THURSDAY-SUNDAY)

My client is a leading hospitality business and they are looking for a Head Chef to open their new premium restaurant in Bicester, Oxfordshire.

For this Head Chef role, I am looking for a candidate who:

• Has experience cooking Japanese food in a premium environment

• Possesses the experience of managing BOH teams

• Has the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders

• Is looking to grow with this forward thinking company

Applicants for this Head Chef role must have been in a Head Chef or Sous Chef role within the last year.
