​Head Chef - Contract Catering - £45k

I am currently looking for a Head Chef for a Contract Catering site in Cambridge.

My client is one of the UK’s leading Caterers and are recruiting for a fantastic operation in the Cambridge area. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for a dedicated brigade, ensuring training, development and management of the team. You will be financially responsible and able to manage budget and costs.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills/ knowledge

·        Currently at Head level

·        Have a proven background or experience within contract catering

·        Experience across both retail and hospitality/ events

·        Used to working with fresh, nutritious ingredients and up to date knowledge of the latest healthy eating food trends
