​Head Chef - Hampshire - £45k

As Head Chef you will oversee the smooth running of the venue with an annual turnover on food of £1.5m. You will lead an inspire a dedicated full time team of 4, plus additional casual chef’s in this multi-faceted venue, consisting of multiple retail outlets and extensive event space. The ideal Head Chef will also have the following experience/ skills;

·        Working in a Head Chef role within Contract Catering

·        Strong knowledge of both C&E and Retail business

·        Used to working with fresh ingredients

·        Strong financial acumen, managing food spend and GP
