​Head Chef - Contract Catering - £52k

I am currently looking for a Head Chef, for a site in North West London.

My client is a leading Caterer and are recruiting for a fantastic operation in the St John’s Wood/ Regent’s Park area. The kitchen caters for close to 1000 covers daily. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for a team of 12 staff ensuring training, development and management of the team. You will be financially responsible and able to manage budget and costs.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills/ knowledge

·        Currently at Head level

·        Have a proven background or experience within contract catering

·        Experience across both retail and hospitality/ events

·        Used to working with fresh, nutritious ingredients and up to dat knowledge of the latest healthy eating food trends
