Are you a Head Chef with a wealth of experience within high-volume kitchens looking for an exciting opportunity? Have you extensive experience within Contract Catering? I am currently recruiting for one of the London’s leading Food Service Providers, who are proud to hold the contract and a leading financial institute

The ideal Head Chef will have the following skills and experience;

·        High volume experience within B&I

·        Financially sound with the ability carry out all menu costings and maintain GP’s whilst still delivering on quality

·        Strong experience in staff dining/ retail counter service

·        A self-obsessed foodie, who keeps themselves up to date with all the latest trends

·        Strong people management skills with a proven track record of developing your team

·        Advanced understanding of all Food Safety, Health & Safety and COSHH procedures

As Head Chef you will over-see the food operation across 7 outlets, managing a team of 15 and catering for the 5000 staff in the building.
