​Head Chef - West London - £36k

Monday to Friday, daytime only

I am currently recruiting a Head Chef within a high volume, premium casual dining restaurant in West London. If you’re an experienced chef with a high street background looking to move into the corporate world, this is the role for you!!

As Head Chef you will be fully responsible for the food offer across this high-volume, casual dining restaurant, feeding up to 300 covers per day. This restaurant uses fresh ingredients to deliver home-made pizza and pasta using authentic Italian ingredients.

The ideal Head Chef will have the following skills/ experience;

·        A minimum of 3 years Head Chef experience

·        Extensive experience within a high-volume environment

·        Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine

·        A passion for working with fresh, seasonal produce
