​Head Chef - West London - £40k

Monday to Friday, daytime only

I am currently recruiting a Head Chef within a corporate company in West London. If you’re an experienced chef with a background in contract catering, I want to hear from you.

As Head Chef you will be fully responsible for the catering offer across this high-volume staff restaurant, providing breakfast and lunch for up to 1000 covers per day.

The ideal Head Chef will have the following skills/ experience;

·        A minimum of 3 years Head Chef experience

·        Extensive experience within a high-volume environment

·        Strong client relationships and happy to work with clients on menu design

·        A passion for working with fresh, seasonal produce
