​Head Chef - London - £40k - Term Time Only

I am currently looking for a Head Chef who has experience and a passion for working with fresh ingredients across both hospitality and retail.

My client is a leading Independent Education Caterer and are recruiting for a stunning day school. The kitchen caters for close to 1000 covers daily. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for a team of 5 staff ensuring training, development and management of the team. You will be financially responsible and able to manage budget and costs.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills/ knowledge

·        Currently at Head level

·        Have a proven background within contract catering

·        A strong understanding of all Food Hygiene/ Health & Safety procedures

·        Hold a current DBS

Working predominantly Monday to Friday, 44 weeks per year.
