​Head Chef - West London - £42k

Monday to Friday

I am currently looking for a Head Chef, for a new contract mobilization in West London.

My client is a leading Caterer and are recruiting for a fantastic operation in West London. The kitchen caters for close to 1500 covers daily. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for a team of 15 staff ensuring training, development and management of the team. You will be financially responsible and able to manage budget and costs.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills/ knowledge

·        Currently at Head level

·        Have a proven background or experience within contract catering

·        Experience across both retail and hospitality/ events

·        A strong understanding of all Food Hygiene/ Health & Safety procedures
