My client is a leading contract caterer and they are currently recruiting for a Head Chef for one of their sites in Glasgow, Scotland.

​

I am looking for a Head Chef who has the following:

​

• A minimum of 2 years Head Chef experience

• Experience of working in a high volume environment

• The ability to manage multiple units (cafes, restaurants) within the site

• A passion for working with fresh, seasonal produce

​

All candidates applying for this Head Chef role must have done a similar Head Chef position within the last year and be from either a contract catering or premium casual dining restaurant background.
