​​Head Chef - Bournemouth - £32k

I am currently looking for a Head Chef, which would suit an experienced Sous Chef looking to take the next step in their career.

My client is a leading Independent Education Caterer and are recruiting for a stunning boarding school. The kitchen caters for close to 500 covers daily. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for a team of 12 staff ensuring training, development and management of the team. You will be financially responsible and able to manage budget and costs.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills/ knowledge

·        Currently at Sous Chef or Head Chef level

·        Have a proven background or experience within contract catering

·        A strong understanding of all Food Hygiene/ Health & Safety procedures

·        Hold a current DBS

Working predominantly Monday to Friday with occasional weekends to suit the demands of the business.
