​Head Chef - Southwest London - £40k - Term time only

I am currently looking for a Head Chef a fantastic private school in Southwest London.

My client is a leading Independent Education Caterer and are recruiting for a stunning day school. The kitchen caters for close to 700 covers daily. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for a team of 5 staff ensuring training, development and management of the team. You will be financially responsible and able to manage budget and costs.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills/ knowledge

·        Currently at Head Chef level

·        Have a proven background or experience within contract catering

·        A strong understanding of all Food Hygiene/ Health & Safety procedures

·        Hold a current DBS

Working 44 weeks, Monday to Friday with occasional weekends to suit the demands of the business.
