​Head Chef - Berkshire - £30k

Monday to Friday

I am currently looking for a Head Chef, which would suit an experienced Sous Chef looking to take the next step in their career.

My client is a leading Caterer and are recruiting for a fantastic operation in the Newbury area. The kitchen caters for close to 600 covers daily. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for a team of 10 staff ensuring training, development and management of the team. You will be financially responsible and able to manage budget and costs.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills/ knowledge

·        Currently at Sous or Head level

·        Have a proven background or experience within contract catering

·        Experience across both retail and hospitality/ events

·        A strong understanding of all Food Hygiene/ Health & Safety procedures
