Head Chef - Newcastle - £26k
Monday to Friday, daytime only
I am currently recruiting a Head Chef within a corporate company in Newcastle. If you’re an experienced Head Chef or a Sous Chef looking to take their first step into a Head Chef role, I want to hear from you.
As Head Chef you will be fully responsible for the catering offer across the staff restaurant, providing breakfast and lunch for up to 500 covers per day.
The ideal Head Chef will have the following skills/ experience;
· A minimum of 3 years Head Chef experience
· A Hands-on approach
· Strong client relationships and happy to work with clients on menu design
· A passion for working with fresh, seasonal produce
