Head Chef - Brighton - £33k

I am currently looking to recruit an experienced Head Chef for a site near Brighton. My client is an independent contract caterer across the Midlands and the South and are looking for a dynamic Head Chef to join their team.

As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for a team of 6 staff in this fresh food operation. You will be financially responsible and able to manage budget and costs.

The ideal Head Chef will have the following skills/ knowledge;

• A strong background working with fresh ingredients
• Have a proven background or experience within contract catering
• A strong understanding of all Food Hygiene/ Health & Safety procedures
• Strong people management skills

Please note this is a 7 day operation and does require someone willing to work weekends as the business dictates.
