I am currently recruiting a Head Chef for a small independent Event Caterer, who are looking for someone to work alongside the owners, delivering the very best in food standards. They have recently developed their food offering and now have street food trucks, alongside the more traditional event catering.

Based from their central London kitchen, you will also be expected to travel to event locations. My client have a wide mix of business from office catering, find dining dinners and high volume wedding receptions.

The ideal Head Chef will have the following skills/ experience;

• Experience within Event Catering.

• A hands-on approach, happy to role up your sleeves and get stuck in.

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to suit the demands of the business.

• The flair, creativity and business acumen to help a small independent business succeed.
