Guest Experience Manager - Walthamstow, East London - 40k

My client is a social gaming bar in Walthamstow, East London and they are currently looking for a Guest Experience Manager.

The main responsibilities of the Guest Experience Manager are:

Manage the Welcome Desk and lead the host team
Ensure every guest receives a warm welcome, creating a connection in line with brand values
Provide information to guests confidently including what’s on in the venue, selling event tickets and taking bookings
Working closely with the sales, events and operations teams as well as maintaining a detailed knowledge of bookings, private hires and events so bookers receive a personal touch when welcomed and throughout their visit
Monitoring guest feedback to improve service

This bar operates 7 days a week and until 1am on a Friday/Saturday night so requires someone in the East London area.
