​General Services Manager - Contract Catering - £55k

I am currently looking to recruit a General Services Manager for my client's site based in North London. This role requires someone with a strong contract catering background, along with exposure to housekeeping/ domestic services.

My client is one of the leading independent Education Caterers and are recruiting for a busy day school. This role isn’t for the faint hearted - the kitchen caters for over 1000 covers a day. As the General Services Manager, you will be responsible for a team of 50 staff ensuring training, development and management of the team. You will be financially responsible and able to manage budget and costs.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills/ knowledge

·        Currently at a General Services Manager within Contract Catering

·        Knowledge of both catering and housekeeping/ domestic services

·        A strong understanding of all Food Hygiene/ Health & Safety procedures

·        Willing to be involved in school activities and a strong background in events/ hospitality

Working Monday to Friday.
