4 DAYS PER WEEK (THURSDAY-SUNDAY)

My client is a leading hospitality business and they are looking for a General Manager to open their new premium restaurant in Bicester, Oxfordshire.

For this General Manager role, I am looking for a candidate who:

• Can be the face of this exciting new opening

• Is a natural with local regulars and is great at generating repeat business

• Has a background in premium dining

• Possesses the experience of managing FOH teams

• Has the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders

• Is looking to grow with this forward thinking company

Applicants for this General Manager role must have been in a General Manager, Deputy General Manager or Restaurant Manager role within the last year.
