I am currently recruiting an experienced General Manager for a contract in the City. This role requires a candidate with strong knowledge of both Retail and Hospitality Services, with an annual turnover in the region of £1m.

The ideal General Manager will have the following knowledge/ experience;

·        Experience in a senior management role, within the Contract Catering sector

·        Strong knowledge of both retail and hospitality operations

·        Standards driven, placing a strong focus on the quality of food and service

·        Managed a contract with a combined turnover in the region of £1m+
