I am currently recruiting an experienced General Manager for one of the UK’s leading Contract Caterers with a reputation for delivering incredible food, paired with impeccable service. This role is not for the faint hearted – you will be looking after one of the most sought-after contracts in London, with an annual turnover in excess of £6m.

You will be responsible for Catering, Events, Retail, Vending and Reception services, so someone with experience in all these departments would hold a distinct advantage.

The ideal General Manager will have the following knowledge/ experience;

·Experience in a senior management role, within Contract Catering - ideally within B&I

·An earlier career within 5* hotels

·Strong stakeholder management

·Managed a contract with an annual turnover in the region of £4m+

·Strong knowledge of both hospitality and retail business with strong financial acumen
