As the General Manager, you will oversee the smooth running of the catering business with an annual turnover in the region of £1m. You will lead an inspire a permanent team of 7, with multiple casual staff on a regular basis

The ideal General Manager will also have the following experience/ skills;

·        Strong background in event operations

·        Experience managing Coffee/ Deli Bars and Counter Service Restaurants

·        High attention to detail and passionate about 5* service delivery

·        Strong stakeholder management skills
