General Manager - Inverness, Scotland - 30k plus bonus
My client is a leading contract caterer and I am currently recruiting for a General Manager to manage two of their café sites in Inverness, Scotland.
For this General Manager role I am looking for a candidate who has:
Strong café/restaurant experience
Experience managing a team of FOH staff
An understanding of P&L Management
A passion for the customer's journey and experience
The desire to grow within a forward thinking business
Applicants for this General Manager role must have been in a similar role within the last year.
