​General Manager - Contract Catering - £45k

I am currently looking to recruit a General Manager for my client's site based in South West London. This role requires someone with a strong contract catering background and a passion for developing the business.

My client is one of the leading independent Education Caterer and are recruiting for a busy day school. This role isn’t for the faint hearted - the kitchen caters for over 900 covers a day. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for a team of 20 staff ensuring training, development and management of the team. You will be financially responsible and able to manage budget and costs.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills/ knowledge

·        Currently at a General Manager within Contract Catering

·        Have a proven background within a commercial contract

·        A strong understanding of all Food Hygiene/ Health & Safety procedures

·        Willing to be involved in school activities and a strong background in events/ hospitality

Working Monday to Friday, with plenty of time off over the school holidays
