As General Manager, you will oversee the smooth running of the venue with an annual turnover of £1m. You will lead an inspire a management team of 15 in this multi-faceted venue, consisting of retail/ grab & go outlets and unique event space. The ideal General Manager will also have the following experience/ skills;

·        Working within a General management role for a minimum of 3 years.

·        Extensive experience within contract catering

·        Managed a P&L in the region of £1m

·        High attention to detail and passionate about 5* service delivery

·        Commercially savvy with a proven track record of increasing revenue
