As the General Manager, you will oversee the smooth running of the contract with an annual turnover in excess of £3m. You will lead an inspire a team of up to 40 in this multi-faceted venue, consisting of multiple retail outlets and Hospitality, meeting and event space.
The ideal General Manager will also have the following experience/ skills;
· Working within a General management role for a minimum of 3 years.
· Experience within Contract Catering
· High attention to detail and passionate about 5* service delivery
· Commercially savvy with a proven track record of increasing revenue
Working predominantly Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends to suit the demands of the business.
