My client is a leading contract caterer and I am currently recruiting for a General Manager for one of their flagship venues in Edinburgh, Scotland.

For this General Manager role I am looking for a candidate who has:

​

• A background in contract catering

• Strong cafe/restaurant experience

• Strong events experience

• Been responsible for the P&L of their venue

• A passion for the customer's journey and experience

​

Applicants for this General Manager role must have recently been in a General Manager position within the last year ideally within contract catering.
