​General Manager - London - £55k

I am currently recruiting for one of my favourite B&I sites in London – and I don’t say this lightly. This site is absolutely stunning and for me, is unrivalled in the facilities they have and the service they provide.

This role is not for the faint hearted, with a turnover in excess of £4m, I am looking for an experienced General Manager from a similar sized unit, with experience in both Catering/ Hospitality and Reception Services.

This stunning B&I contract in the City incorporates a good mix of hospitality and retail, catering for the 3000 staff in the building. Facilities include a staff restaurant, multiple coffee bars and reception services – this role needs a big industry player!

As General Manager you will lead and inspire a team of over 65 to deliver the very best standards as well as looking at the business strategy, working with the management team to drive the business forward.

The ideal General Manager will have the following skills/ knowledge;

·        Experience across hospitality, staff dining and reception services

·        An earlier career within 5* hotels

·        Managed teams in excess of 50 people

·        Commercially aware and the ability to increase sales

·        Financially aware and worked with a P&L in the region of £3m
