​General Manager - Cambridgeshire - £50-60k

Are you an experienced General Manager within the Contract Catering Sector? Do you have a real passion for fresh food and providing a first-class service? This role would suit a strong London General Manager who is fed up of the London commute or perhaps an Operations Manager looking to take on a challenging single site.

I am recruiting for an absolutely stunning contract in the Cambridge area which is a multi-site operation, which incorporates a good mix of hospitality and retail catering. With this sort of salary, I’m looking for an absolute star, someone who will own their site, have complete client relationships and take the site on to be the best of its kind.

As General Manager you will lead and inspire a team of 60 to deliver the very best standards as well as looking at the business strategy, working with the team to drive the business forward.

The ideal General Manager will have the following skills/ knowledge;

·        Experience in both corporate hospitality and staff dining

·        A Contract Catering background

·        Managed teams of up to 30+ people

·        A passion for delivering 5* service standards, with the quality of food to match

·        Financially aware and worked with a P&L in the region of £3m
