​Food Safety Manager - Contract Catering - £45k

I am currently looking to recruit an Food Safety Manager for a Contract Caterer based in London.

As the Food Safety Manager, you will be responsible for 5 different buildings across London. You will be responsible for managing both Health & Safety and Food Safety processes and procedures, working alongside the Unit Manager’s and Head Chef’s

The ideal Food Safety Manager will have the following skills/ knowledge

·        A depth of experience in both Health & Safety and Food Safety management.

·        Worked within the hospitality sector

·        Exceptional stakeholder engagement, management and influencing skills.

·        Experience or knowledge of ISO 45001.
