​Food Safety Manager - Contract Catering - £45k

I am currently looking to recruit an Food Safety Manager for a national contract based in their London office in the City.

As the Food Safety Manager, you will be responsible for 16 different buildings across the UK, based from London with occasional monthly travel. You will be responsible for managing both Health & Safety and Food Safety processes and procedures, working alongside the Unit Manager’s and Head Chef’s

The ideal Food Safety Manager will have the following skills/ knowledge

·        A depth of experience in both Health & Safety and Food Safety management.

·        Worked within the hospitality sector

·        Exceptional stakeholder engagement, management and influencing skills.

·        Experience or knowledge of ISO 45001.
