​Food & Beverage Manager - Fine Dining - £60k

I am currently recruiting a Food & Beverage Manager for a Private Members Club in Mayfair.

This Club doesn’t settle for second best and I’m looking for a Food & Beverage Manager that doesn’t either – so if you’re looking to be part of a fantastic company who can offer you career development, then this is the role you have been looking for.

As Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee the smooth running of the restaurant, bar and event space within the Club, consisting of a fine dining restaurant and hospitality/ events. You will lead an inspire a team of 15 at this central London venue.

The ideal Food & Beverage Manager will also have the following experience/ skills;

·        Working at a Deputy General Manager or Food & Beverage Manager level.

·        Experience within a 5* Hotel, Private Members Club or Fine Dining Restaurant

·        Managed teams of 10+

·        High attention to detail and passionate about 5* service delivery
