​Food & Beverage Manager - Epsom - £40k

Predominantly Monday - Friday

I am currently looking to recruit an experienced Food & Beverage Manager for this lovely new build based in the Epsom area. This role requires someone a strong people manager, who can lead by example and has the ability to nurture their team to deliver the very best in terms of customer service.

My client is an independent Contract Caterer and are recruiting for a stunning retirement village in Surrey. The kitchen caters for 200 covers a day over a breakfast and lunch and dinner service and has a Bar, Bistro and Event space. The Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for a team of 12 staff ensuring training, development and management of the team. You will be financially responsible and able to manage budget and costs.

The ideal Food & Beverage Manager will have the following skills/ knowledge

·        Experience across all F&B operations

·        A hands-on approach and leads by example

·        A naturally calming demeanour with strong customer relations

·        Financial accountability

Please note, this will predominantly be a Monday to Friday role, but with this being a 7-day operation, you will need to be prepared to work weekends to suit the levels of business.
