My client is a contract caterer and they are currently recruiting for a Fine Dining Sous Chef to be based at one of their client's corporate office spaces in Victoria, London.

​

I am looking for a Fine Dining Sous Chef who has the following:

​

• A background in contract catering at a Senior Chef de Partie or Sous Chef level

• Experience with Director level dining

• Passionate about designing and creating bespoke menus

• Strong understanding of food, allergens and health & safety

• A passion for working with fresh, seasonal produce

​

All candidates applying for this Fine Dining Sous Chef role must have been in a Senior Chef de Partie or Sous Chef position within the last year.
