My client is a leading Independent Education caterer and they are currently recruiting for an Executive Head Chef to be based at an Independent School in West London.

​

For this Executive Head Chef role, you will need to have:

​

• A background in Independent Education or B&I catering at a Head Chef or Executive Chef level

• Strong financials in terms of costings and P&L

• An expertise in food development

• Experience in designing and creating bespoke menus

• The ability to cater for events with large numbers

• A strong understanding of food, allergens and health & safety

• A passion for working with fresh, seasonal produce

​

All candidates applying for this Executive Head Chef role must have been in a Head Chef or Executive Chef position within the last year and be from a contract catering background.
