My client is a leading contract caterer and they are currently recruiting for an Executive Chef to join their senior team.

​

For this Executive Chef role, you will need to have:

​

• Recently been in a similar senior Chef position

• A background in contract catering within events and commercial venues

• The ability to cater for events with large numbers

• Strong financials in terms of costings and P&L

• An expertise in food development

• Experience in designing and creating bespoke menus

• A strong understanding of food, allergens and health & safety

• A passion for working with fresh, seasonal produce

All candidates applying for this Executive Chef role must have recently been in a similar senior Chef position and be from a contract catering background.
