I am currently recruiting for an Event Operations Manager for a stunning wedding venue in Oxfordshire.

As the Event Operations Manager, you will work alongside the management team to deliver the very best in service standards. I am looking for a manager that doesn’t settle for 2nd best and thrives for perfection at all times.

The ideal Event Operations Manager will have the following skills/ experience;

·        Have worked within an event management role for a minimum of 2 years, with extensive operational experience

·        Worked within a hotel or venue with weddings at the core of the business

·        Capabilities of running events for up to 150 people

·        Flexible approach to running events and the ability to meet the clients demands to tight time frames

Working 5 days out of 7 to suit the demands of the business.
