​Director of Restaurants - London - £70k+

I am currently recruiting a Director of Restaurants for one of London’s leading Hospitality Groups.

As Director of Restaurants, you will be fully responsible for multiple restaurants, ranging from high volume Premium Casual Dining to the more intimate Fine Dining with a combined annual turnover in the region of £15m.

Each restaurant comes with it’s own style and demand, no concept is the same. You will work closely with each General Manager, supporting and guiding them in every aspect of the business – F&B offering, marketing, finances, operating procedures – the lot!

The ideal Director of Restaurants will have the following skills/ experience;

·        Worked across multiple premium brands within the London restaurant scene

·        A mix of high volume and fine dining restaurant experience

·        WSET Level 2 or above

·        Managed single or multiple P&L’s in the region of £10m

·        Held a senior Manager role for a minimum of 5 years
