Director of Operations - National - £110k

Are you a passionate and supportive Operations Director within the Contract Catering sector who takes a strategic approach to your business, whilst also ensuring you deliver a 5* service? I am currently recruiting an experienced Director of Operations for one of the UK’s leading outsourced service providers, with a reputation that is unrivalled within the Independent Education sector. This role is not for the faint hearted – you will be responsible for approximately 115 locations, with a turnover of £110m supported by a team of 5 Head of Operation’s, plus Regional Manager’s.

The ideal Regional Director of Operations will have the following knowledge/ experience;

·        A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior management level, within Contract Catering

·        Strong knowledge of the either B&I or Independent Education sector

·        Managed a patch of business with a combined turnover of £50m+

·        Strong business acumen, with a proven track record of growing the business, whilst still maintaining your existing client base

In return for your hard work, you will receive a generous salary package of up to £110k, bonus, Private Medical Insurance and company car.
