​Director of Operations – Education Catering - Midlands – £100k

Are you a passionate and supportive Operations Director within education catering who takes a strategic approach to your business, whilst also ensuring you deliver a 5* service? I am currently recruiting an experienced Director of Operations for one of the UK’s leading outsourced service providers, with a reputation that is unrivalled within the state school sector. This role is not for the faint hearted – you will be responsible for approximately 100 locations, supported by a team of 3 Operations Director’s, plus Regional Manager’s.

The ideal Director of Operations will have the following knowledge/ experience;

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior management level, within Contract Catering

  • Strong knowledge of the education sector

  • Managed a patch of business with a combined turnover of £12m+

  • Strong experience dealing with local authorities

In return for your hard work, you will receive a generous salary package of up to £100k, bonus, Private Medical Insurance and company car.
