Director of Catering - London - 90k plus bonus

I am recruiting for a Director of Catering to head up the catering contract at a visitor attraction in London.

For this Director of Catering role, they require someone who has:

• Managed a large hospitality operation of circa £10m+

• Experience managing multi-faceted venues

• Experience managing large events

• Great front of house presence

• A natural way with people

• Experience managing a large team

• Excellent financials and P&L knowledge

All candidates applying for this Director of Catering role must have been in a senior position within the hospitality industry in the last year.
