As the Director of Catering, you will oversee the smooth running of the contract with an annual turnover in excess of £4m. You will lead an inspire a team of 5 direct management reports and high volume seasonal staff in this multi-faceted venue, consisting of multiple restaurants, Hospitality, meeting and event space

The ideal Director of Catering will also have the following experience/ skills;

·        Working within a General management role for a minimum of 3 years.

·        Extensive experience within a high-volume operation

·        Managed teams of 100+

·        High attention to detail and passionate about 5* service delivery

·        Commercially savvy with a proven track record of increasing revenue
